Roof Light - Window AC114-01B Remote Repair Details

Model : AC114-01B

Customers Fault Description : The down button (close roof window) doesn't operate. Up (open roof works fine)

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Roof Light Window remote control arrived safely from Kent and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning down button.

This was found to be due to corrosion in the print caused possibly by a small battery leak.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
