Customer's Fault Description
Standby button will not power on or power off the TV. All other buttons are working fine and TV can be powered on using a channel number button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This TV remote arrived safely from Buckinghamshire and on inspection the conductive contacts of the standby button were decomposed meaning the power button would not work.  A replacement conductive pads were glued under the faulty button which restored full functionality.
