HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Tilt back button works intermitantly, the same for the recline backwards, the protective cover for the wiring has started to fall apart
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner chair controller arrived safely from Hampshire and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and worn button contacts.
The cable was replaced with a straight cables (we cannot get the curly kind) and replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
