Pioneer AXD7526 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The volume buttons do not work - also some other buttons can be intermittent.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Pioneer AV Remote for VSX1018 arrived safely form Norfolk and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning volume buttons and also a non functioning standby button.

This was found to be due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the bad buttons which restored full functionality (see testing video)
