Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons are working unless you manipulate the cable exiting the remote, then all buttons work. I suspect a break in the cable.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celebrity 9 pin recliner chair remote arrived safely from Gwent and on inspection was confirmed to have damaged inner wires in the cable at the remote entry point. The cable had to be cut back by a few inches as the inner insulation had putrefied. The cable was then re soldered back into place.
