Customer's Fault Description
The control battery's are loose and don't stay closed plus when new batteries are inserted the control does not power up. It flicks on the odd time but can't be operated
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Boiler remote arrived safely from Belfast and on testing was confirmed to have loose battery terminals which caused the remote to have intermittent power.
The terminals were bent back into position and then reinforced using internal solder which restored full functionality.
