Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric roof vent opening remote arrived safely from Essex and on inspection the button caps from the front of the remotes case were missing, these cannot be replaced and doesn't effect functionality.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.
It is possible that the remote needs pairing with the receiver or it could be the receiver that is at fault.
