Customer's Fault Description
The gas fire doesn't seem to be receiving a signal from the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Gateshead and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation (see testing video).  The remote did have its child lock active meaning no button would respond, this was deactivated which restored normal functionality to all buttons.

This item has been classed as no fault found.
