Customer's Fault Description
Remote controls are no longer switching the fire on or off. (Batteries have been changed)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two Gas Stove remote controls arrived safely from Worcestershire and on testing one was totally dead and the other was not transmitting.  The battery cable in the dead remote was broken this was replaced but then the remote was found not to be transmitting.

Both remotes had the same fault whereby the transducers go faulty.  Both transducers were replaced as well as both battery cables which restored full functionality
