Customer's Fault Description
Had problem with wires not connecting and tried to tape ends. Chair now not working at all. Also two top buttons had already stopped working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This riser recliner 8 pin remote controller arrived safely from Surrey and on inspection was found to have a very badly damaged cable.  A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).  The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
