Customers Fault Description : Foot raise button not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This recliner chair remote controller arrived safely from Walsall and on inspection was partially disassembled prior to arrival with us.

The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each of the main buttons.
