Ive tried 2 sets of batteries. It just wont switch on. The heater shows power to it so im assuming its the remote.

This Winterwarm Heater remote control arrived safely from Wigan and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation, the control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
