Customer's Fault Description
The direction buttons work but the red button is very intermittent and the red LED doesn't light up
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Kent and on testing was found to have sluggish response from it double power button press and also the LED was not illuminating.
The button and LED was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
