Duomat Dewert Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : cannot rise foot. foot will not rise with either the single button or the dual button
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric bed control arrived safely form Cambridgeshire and on inspection there was some resistance on a few of the buttons conductivity.
Switch cleaner was used to clear the contacts of all contaminants which restored full conductivity to all buttons.
The cable was tested as fine. The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
