Hi it’s lee and like I explained they both need repairing with new cables.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

These two Celebrity recliner chair remotes arrived safely from Norfolk and on inspection both were confirmed to  have damaged cables.  Replacement straight cables were fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) also replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons on both remotes.

One remote was returned UGT and LED11 was found to be faulty, when measured it would light up and then slowly die.  The LED was replaced.
