Customers Fault Description : Menu button is not working

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Boiler remote arrived safely from Norfolk and on inspection there were markings all around the remote from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.

The Menu button had broken away from the PCB and also the screen mounting pins were broken.

The menu button was replaced and the screen hot melt glued into place which restored full functionality.
