Customer's Fault Description
It seams to have died during the summer. Won't light the fire not lights on the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire remote arrived safely from Durham and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
The regulator was outputting overvoltage's at 5.6v instead of 3.3v. The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality. The battery cable was also replaced as a precaution.
