I dropped the remote control the on/off button was jammed but I was able to free it, but the control was then not working

This Truma caravan controller arrived safely from Kent and on inspection had markings around the edge caused by an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.
On testing the remote was found to be dead.
This was due to a broken shaft on the switch, a replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
