Customer's Fault Description
Orange Quattro remote for motor mover, reverse turn anti-clockwise button not working. Is definitely remote as a friends remote works fine with the mover. All other buttons working correctly at present.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Barnsley and on testing was found to have a non responsive bottom right button.
When opened this was found to be due to corrosion from water contamination (see image). The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
