Purpleline Quattro Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Purpleline Quattro

Customers Fault Description : Orange Quattro remote for motor mover, reverse turn anti-clockwise button not working. Is definitely remote as a friends remote works fine with the mover. All other buttons working correctly at present.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Barnsley and on testing was found to have a non responsive bottom right button.

When opened this was found to be due to corrosion from water contamination (see image).  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
