Customer's Fault Description
The receiver doesn't seam to be receiving signal from remote. Green light on receiver momentarily lights when installing batteries but didn’t light when pressing buttons on remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Newark and on testing the remote was found not to be transmitting a signal.
This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer in the handset. A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
