Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely from Whitby and on testing was confirmed to be dead. The terminals had signs of corrosion but this was not the cause of the issue.
The PCB mounting pins were broken which meant that the PCB was loose inside the remote making the switch not reachable.
The PCB was hot glued firmly back into place and the terminals recoated which restored full functionality.
