No response to remote control, Power to fire appears ok and new battery tried in remote

This remote arrived safely from ABERDEENSHIRE and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation.

A Duracell 12v battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possability of it being the incorrect battery inserted by the customer.

This item has been classed as no fault found.
