Customer's Fault Description
Not working - no signs of corrosion from batteries, but appears the IR is not functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Cyrus remote arrived safely from Essex and on testing was found to be working as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no problem could be found. There was some signs of contamination on the internal battery terminal (see image), this was cleaned but as it was not effecting functionality this is not a repair meaning there is no charge except the return postage.
