Customer's Fault Description
unit completely dead - batteries have been replaced with brand new ones. Remote does not even work if the heater has been turned by the manual control
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The terminals had signs of a battery leak but when the controller was opened the corrosion hadn't traversed onto the PCB.
The controller was then tested randomly over a 24 hour period without any issue being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
