Customers Fault Description : Screen broken

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This GlowWorm remote arrived safely from Bristol and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged screen and impacted battery terminals.

A replacement screen was fitted and the terminals bent back into position which restored full functionality.
