Customer's Fault Description
Receiver won't react to 'increase flame' signal, but reacts to 'decrease flame' signal. Tranmitter light illuminates with both 'increas & 'decrease'.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to be functioning as per normal operation with our test receiver.
The customers receiver unfortunately has suffered a battery leak which makes a repair sadly not possible.
