Bose Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Buttons frequently do not respond.

This Surround Sound Remote control model number RC-9 arrived safely from Derbyshire and on testing was found to have some buttons that suffered from sluggish response.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
