Customer's Fault Description
On off button works intermittently.Tried some elec spray and it works for a time and then reverts back to very spasmodic working.It does however seem to be ok when used with fly lead but this is not ideal
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This RK Reich motor mover controller arrived safely from Derbyshire and on testing was found to have a sluggish power on experience.
This was due to worn button contacts, a replacement conductive pad was glued into place. When re-tested the remote would power on using the double power button press.
