Customer's Fault Description
Not igniting fire, the remote was dropped onto a hard surface. Have checked batteries and they are all fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace remote arrived safely from Shefford and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable which restored full functionality
