VELUX Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : VELUX

Customers Fault Description : Window installed 10years back and since then I think this remote never ever used. Two month back I have tried to used this and realised that the display is not working. I can see plain white colour with sometimes dark scrolling line moving upwards. Luckily remote is still operational without display, window is open and close by pressing up and down keys. Also sometimes blind open and close is also operational by pressing some small keys.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Velux remote arrived safely from Aberdeenshire and on testing was found to have a faulty display.  A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality.
