Customer's Fault Description
Hi I have an e-go Quattro motor Mover system. It stopped switching on. I did the system self test and it seems ok. I changed batteries and no lights show on the remote. Is it likely its the remote if it does not light up? Cheers Phil
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote controller arrived safely from Sudbury and on testing was found not to respond from the double power button press.
This was due to a corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
The included batteries were mixed, it is strongly recommended to not mix different brands of batteries as this can lead to leaks that can destroy the remote.
