Not working and the two buttons (7 & *) not able to press. I have tried WD40.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Door entry proximity reader remote arrived safely from Derby and on testing was confirmed to have a couple of non functioning buttons.

The faulty buttons were replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
