Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not working, no lights are coming on and no response from buttons. Battery had been replaced but still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable and also a broken battery cover.  The battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.  The battery cover was then replaced as we had a spare available.
