Customer's Fault Description
Not working doesn’t have the red light at the end even with new Duracell batteries ☹ï¸
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening there was some contamination over the button array, this was cleared but the issue remained. The oscillator was then replaced but again the item remained dead.
It was concluded that the issue is with the main IC which is unfortunately encased in resin making a repair not possible.
