Nu-Flame Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : A wire has become detached from the battery connection

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Nu Flame remote arrived safely from Lancashire and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable.

A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
