Customer's Fault Description
Was an intermittent connection fault believed to be the remote, fault now permanent no connection after it was dropped 🙄
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have intermittent power. This was due to one of the PCB mounting pins being broken allowing the PCB to move freely inside. The meant that the switch would not always activate all the way.
The PCB was glued firmly into place which restored full functionality. One of the terminals was also re-plated due to some signs of corrosion from a battery leak.
