Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma remote arrived safely from Staffordshire and on inspection ahd signs of an attempted opening prior to arrival (scuff marks around the seam)
The remote was confirmed not to respond from its power button. This was due to the mounting pins for the PCB being broken allowing the PCB to move around inside the controller, this makes the switch not contact the slider.
The PCB was hot melted back into position which restored full functionality.
