Battery compartment area has suffered corrosion and one (+) connection has corroded and partly broken off

This ACR Stoves remote arrived safely from Cumbria and on inspection was confirmed to have a rusted battery terminal making the remote dead.

The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
