Customer's Fault Description
All was working fine, then mysteriously, several keys on LHS no longer work: CD select; play/pause; stop; FF; Rev; volume down (but vol up is OK). I've tried new batteries, cleaned the circuit board, etc, but still no luck!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Naim remote controller arrived safely from Banes and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning buttons.

This was due to bad solder joints on the main IC.  The solder was re-flowed which restored full functionality (see testing video)
