Customer's Fault Description
Remote fell down and the square black chip popped out of the place and lost all the programming. I think.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bellfires remote arrived safely from Malta and on inspection the remote was already dissasembled prior to arrival with us.
On testing the remote was dead and a component was missing its cap, this wasn't the actual fault. The dead issue was caused by the common missing SMD diode breaking away from the PCB. The diode was replaced which restored full functionality.
