Remote Fixer Repair Response
This LCD electric fire remote arrived safely from Clydebank and on inspectio nthe battery tray was missing. These tray are not available as spares but we did find a partially broken one that we could supply that will need holding in with tape.
On testing the remote was dead, this was due to deformed battery terminals (see image), the terminal was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
