Customer's Fault Description
I have the B&Q Electric Fire ldbl2000a-dd5r Remote. Some buttons have stopped working and others tend to work. Power button is temperamental however more recently stopped all together. Buttons on the left hand some tend to not work sometimes.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing weas confirmed to have some non responding buttons. This was found to be due to corrosion in the print from a battery leak.
The PCB was replaced which restored full functionality.
