This Yamaha TV Soundbar remote control arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to have some sluggish responding buttons.
When opened this was found to be due to a large amount of liquid contamination over the PCB and button array. The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants and then some buttons were found to have worn contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the effected buttons which restored full functionality.
