Customers Fault Description : Fire will only start manually

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The RF signal is present and is strong.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself, the customer is to check the batteries in the receiver, also possibly try to pair the remote with the receiver.
No fault was found with the remote itself.
