Customers Fault Description : Remote does not power on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Bose Lifestyle Sourround Sound remote control arrived safely from Aberdeenshire and on testing was confirmed to be totally dead.
A 1r resistor was found to have physically broken into pieces. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
