This Electric fire remote control F01 arrived safely from Mansfield and on inspection the battery holder was inserted incorrectly which had broken the fastening pins to the case and also bent one of the battery terminals out of position.

The terminal was reformed back into position and then the case glued back together.  This restored full functionality.
