Customer's Fault Description
The remote will not switch the fire on or adjust flame.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gazco LPG gas fire stove remote arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting a signal.  The back of the remote was slightly warped and the battery cover was missing.  A replacement battery cover was supplied.

This was found to be due to the 40 and 40.5 crystals.  Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
