Customer's Fault Description
Riva2 500 fire can only be intermittently controlled by remote. Remote showing partial battery level and sometimes replace despite new battery inserted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely from Malvern and on testing was confirmed to have a an erroneous battery indicator.  The 7133 regulator and the battery calbe were replaced which restored full functionality.
