Certain buttons not working eg ON/OFF

This Philips TV remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have some non responding buttons (power and volume being the main ones)

This was due to worn button contacts, the buttons were re-conductive which restored full functionality.  The case was cleaned as requested but the case is discolored which cannot be restored. (see testing video)
