Customer's Fault Description
The micro switch in the remote control which controls the power on for the flame feature has broken and no longer functions.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken button assembly.

A replacement long shafted button was fitted as well as one of the other buttons, this restored full functionality.
